What we’re looking for:

The Salesforce Team Manager is responsible for the performance of the CRM Support team, which consists of Salesforce Team Leaders and Salesforce Analysts. This is a global team with staff in Dubai, London, Brazil and North America. The team support multiple instances of Salesforce and one instance of Ungerboeck CRM, as well as associated applications including Expocad, Conga, CPQ and E-Sign products. 


You are accountable for:

  • Line management and leadership of Informa Markets’ CRM Support team
  • Ensuring that Incidents and Requests for Sales Applications are monitored, managed and resolved within service levels and other operational targets
  • Monitoring (internal) customer satisfaction and actively seeking opportunities to improve customer experiences through service and process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring a good understanding of business drivers and priorities
  • Working with Salesforce Team Leaders to conduct skills assessments and create development plans for all team members
  • Optimizing workflows to drive process and cost efficiencies, whilst consistently meeting business requirements 
  • Coaching and mentoring Salesforce Team Leaders


What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technical staff
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing staff supporting Salesforce
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce, preferably Lightning UI
  • Good understanding of ITIL methodology, particularly Incident, Service Request, Change
  • Coaching and mentoring Team Leaders or equivalent
  • Skilled communicator, able to confidently engage at all levels up to executive
  • Acts with integrity, tact and diplomacy to formulate trust at all levels
  • Demonstrates high levels of Emotional Intelligence
  • Positive approach, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles
  • Able to remain calm and clear-thinking in pressurized situations
  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly and meaningfully to a non-technical audience
  • Able to adapt to changing requirements within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a culturally-diverse, global organization
  • Comfortable working as part of virtual global teams
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
