Main Duties & Responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT & TOPLINE STRATEGY
- Creation of Digital growth strategies across all products – responsibility for the marketing stream
- Set digital targets for the portfolio and ensure these are met

- Ensure delivery of subscription product stretch targets, while it undergoes serious growth
- Responsibility for determining new growth audiences for existing products in the portfolio
- Spearhead the launch of new content / digital products
- Lead the move process for the content sites to new platforms, while retaining traffic

- Oversee data build strategies and implementation of new data nurture journeys
- Work with internal teams to ensure data governance and data management policies are adhered to
- Share case studies with marketers within the team, division and Informa Markets
- Creation of Customer Insight & Development plans and input into Product Plans
ANALYSIS & INSIGHT
- Management level reporting on a weekly basis to EVP, VP, Head of Marketing
- Regularly checking and ensuring growth of digital sites, including page depth, path mapping, CRO

- Budget Overviews – managing the budgets for the digital products, and optimising your marketing spend

- Sharing relevant insights with sales and event team to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities

- Working with the Marketing Analyst to use insights to help the teams build more effective campaigns

- Build a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the team

PLANNING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Ensure all teams are delivering newsletters, PPC and email marketing on time and to schedule
- Look at growth of existing products and explore new channels for success
- Work with team to deliver Sales material needed to sell in the proposition
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager on SEO plans to improve content site traffic
- Help to deliver Revenue from the digital investment plan, in conjunction with the sales team members
- Deliver consultative marketing & sales training, along with Sales Directors, to the sales and marketing teams
- Launch effective directory marketing

Minimum Education Level:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years’ experience in marketing
- Experience of driving a strong marketing team is essential – you know how to get the most out of your team, know when to delegate and when to take ownership, how to motivate
- Commercially target driven
- Self-motivating
- Happy to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional marketing planning skills
- Experience of working in a pressurised environment
- Thorough understanding & experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing
- Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting
