ROLE SUMMARY:

As part of the Digital Business team, the incumbent will support the execution of digital product roadmap and developments. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external parties from our focus industries to understand business requirements and deliver new features/function of high professional standards.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support product implementation of new digital initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Support the execution of e-Commerce platform and online platform roadmaps & development
  • Support development cycle across requirement collection, prototype design, documentation, data migration, UAT and user training
  • Collaborate closely with business users, development team, and external vendor over project lifecycle, to support idea creation and realization
  • Manage existing vendors to optimize e-Commerce performance
  • Explore and evaluate new digital channels suitable for our services and market segments, and proactively bring in new ideas and update market trend

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in related business or technical areas, or an equivalency of education and work
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in product management, e-business, e-commerce development; experience in B2B environment is an advantage
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding in system level architecture design and system integrations
  • Familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure and meet tight dealines
  • Strong attention to details, organised and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and innovative; stays abreast of current trends, best industry practice, tools and technologies.
  • Occasional business travel in the Asia- Pacific region
  • Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
