The P2P Specialist is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:

 

Payments

* Responsible for generating payment runs (scheduled and urgent)

* Ensure all payment runs are signed off by authorised signatories and that treasury have been advised of payment amounts prior to runs

* Resolve payment rejection queries

* Write off unpresented cheques

* General purchase ledger maintenance and reporting

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all times

* General administration duties

 

Invoice & Query

* Uploading & processing of invoices/payment request forms 

* General purchase ledger maintenance and reporting

* Debit balance dispute resolution

* Maintenance and matching for PO Orders

* Managing exceptions on PO orders

* Manage the business rules in VIM for PO and Non PO invoices

* Handling and resolution of invoice queries

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all times

* General administration duties

 

Travel & Expenses

* Process colleague’s expenses.

* Monitor and chase submission of corporate card expense claims where appropriate

* Ensuring that any regional legislative analysis is completed and timely

* Validation and review of coding of automated expenses

* Ordering of colleagues Currency Advances and reconciliation of related expenses.

* Dealing with all employee/business expense queries

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers at all times

* General administration duties

 

Admin Support

* Daily office administration matters, including stationary purchasing, courier and so on.
* Office facility management and asset management.
* Support office relocation/renovation projects.
* Work as compliance officer for SH office to ensure records and documents are maintained in accordance;

* Translates contracts / documents as necessary.
* Other tasks as needed

* Good knowledge and understanding of P2P processes within specific area of expertise:

* Best practice in P2P

* A thorough knowledge of SAP or Oracle system preferable
