Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Enter sales leads, accounts and contacts accurately into CRM in a timely fashion when requested
  • Maintain CRM with accurate, complete and current exhibitor information
  • Handle sales contracting process in CRM as soon as sales teams have closed deals
  • Liaise with agents and pavilion organisers to obtain up-to-date exhibitor information and floorplans, and ensure these are updated in the CRM in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Work together with other Customer Service Executives to split responsibilities and tasks effectively

Customer Service

  • To be the contact for general day to day enquiries from customers
  • Liaise with credit control and chase exhibitor’s payments if necessary
  • To assist on site when and where required

Person Specification

Minimum Education Level:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a support role where working accurately and to deadlines is a prerequisite
  • Strong administrative experience in a cross functional environment
  • Excellent telephone manner      
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English
