Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Attendee Acquisition

  • Drive growth through the achievement of attendee acquisition targets
  • Effectively convert inquiries into sales
  • Execute the sales process including, sales pitch creation, qualifying the right prospects, handling objections, reaching decision makers, conducting sales briefs and closing a deal.
  • Effectively call potential attendees and get their complete details
  • Continue to build strong relationships with current and potential clients both pre and post event
  •  Continually monitor and research the market and provide feedback to management
  • Tele-reminding


Data and Administration

  • Create and maintain the database reports for KPIs as required by the Marketing Manager
  • Build the database by researching for additional job titles as required by the Marketing Manager
  • Ensure all data requests are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
  • Input all gathered information into the relevant system ensuring they are properly coded, entered in the correct fields with no spelling mistakes
  • Verify and get the correct contact details of mail or email returns
  • Use web search engines or telephone directory assistance to acquire full & detailed contact numbers when required
  • Identify competitive events where appropriate
  • Identify and report customer trends to the management team



  • Registration of conference delegate, visitors and VIP
  • Assist with collection of delegate payments
  • Adhere to best practice in data entry
  • Provide weekly updates on registrations

Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility


Person Specification

Minimum Education Level:

  • Educated to high school certificate or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commercial awareness
  • Spoken and written English
  • Numerate
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Worked in a pressurised environment
  • Significant experience in a corporate environment
  • Significant experience in a sales role
  • Preferably with work experience in the UAE


  • Spoken Arabic
  • Related industry (Real Estate) knowledge
