Informa's New Hope Network Team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us in our Boulder, CO office in 2019 for our Natural Product Expos East and West! 

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing campaigns that engage our audiences across a variety of channels. They will support the Senior Marketing Manager with:

  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Community/Social media marketing
  • Data requests
  • Marketing materials for special projects
  • Key performance indicators to track campaign success

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support efforts of the marketing team including (but not limited to):
    • Trade shows and conferences
    • Content marketing programs
    • Internal sales promotions
    • Community/Social media marketing
    • Conversion and campaign tracking
  • Collect, organize, proofread, and edit information from different marketing departments
  • Create, communicate and follow-up on timelines/schedules
  • Coordinate and execute re-targeting campaign for events and content brands
  • Coordinate and execute various campaigns, including email design templates, calls-to-action, and lead generating forms to drive qualified leads
  • Work daily with sales, operations, registration and other various internal departments
  • Coordinate and execute social media for trade show events and content brands

Qualifications:

  • Educated to a bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience
  • BA/BBA with emphasis in Marketing, Business Management or Communications a plus
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or project management role
  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office  
  • Strong working knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive behavior and attitude
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment; comfortable working on multiple projects with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times each year to tradeshows and events

Desirable Experience/Skills: 

  • Basic/working knowledge of html
  • Experience in database systems and project management tools like Quickbase, Workforce, Basecamp and SalesForce
  • Past use of marketing automation tools: Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target, Hub Spot or similar platforms
  • Past use or working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture and/or other web analytic tools
  • Past use or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe DreamWeaver)
  • Past trade show experience
