Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be assisting with the creation, optimisation and reporting for selected paid advertising campaigns across popular search and social platforms, promoting lead generation, user engagement, brand awareness and successful ROI for international B2B events.

 

As part of a growing digital team, this role is wide-ranging with great opportunity for growth; you will work closely with the wider marketing team and stakeholders, to help define best practices and test new ideas and technologies across the programmatic landscape. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management and monitoring of key performance indicators, including a budget, traffic and engagement metrics on social and organic platforms
  • Perform a technical audit and blended SEO/SEM strategy inline with overarching campaign objectives
  • Regular formatted reporting back to the portfolio team on campaign performance in line with specific objectives
  • Stakeholder management, and being a visible point of contact to answer team queries and technical questions
  • Complete campaign management, including ad optimisation and testing, keyword research and input on creative ad copy
  • Providing competitor analysis for related events and building these insights back into the campaign
  • Ensuring all campaigns are accurately tracked with internal CRM systems and across Google Analytics
  • Providing insights and suggestions within the campaign, such as landing page suggestions, call-to-actions, content and tone-of-voice
  • Work alongside the content team to provide support and insights into paid performance data metrics such as keyword costs, CPA and search volume to be used in community copy
  • Develop a process of post-event analysis to present to the team where ideas and analysis can be used as a template for the team going forward
  • Make suggestions on outbound marketing materials (banners / rich media) advising on dimensions, format and best practices
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and developments

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Stakeholder management
  • Minimum 3 years in a paid search focussed digital marketing role (agency experience desirable but not essential)
  • Proven track record in big-budget account spend and management across multiple industries
  • Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to share and distribute ideas
  • Proficient in the latest digital marketing platforms and channels (Social Media, Google AdWords / Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
