Taylor & Francis Books – a leading international academic and professional publisher - is seeking a Sales and Office Assistant to join its successful books team.
Based in Melbourne, the position is a key role working across all subject areas – Humanities, Social Science, Science, Technical and Medical.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will join a well-established and successful team, in a role to support the activities of the company’s books team and customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities will include:
•    Administrative and sales support for the team.
•    Regular reporting and smooth flow of information to sales team and customers.
•    Assisting with customer and sales queries.
•    Running of regular reports and maintenance of files and information.
•    General office duties.
•    Support to the Regional Director

What are we looking for?
You will have an interest in publishing and be digitally literate, with strong Microsoft Office skills.  A flexible and positive attitude, excellent time-management, organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.  You will be self-motivated, highly organized, efficient and have an excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner. Prior customer service or administration experience would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to develop within a sales and publishing environment.
