Informa’s Exhibition Services Team is seeking a Tradeshow Registration Associate to work in our Boulder, CO office. Enjoy a dog friendly office, onsite fitness center and experience collaborating with an innovative group of employees.  
The Registration Associate will support the execution of several of our live events within the Informa portfolio which consists of over 60 annual tradeshows and conferences from 50 to 3,000 exhibitors and 100 to over 65,000 attendees.  The position will work within the centralized exhibition services department that delivers best in class operations, registration, housing, technology and client and speaker services. This position reports to the Senior Registration Manager.
 
Specific areas of responsibility:
 
·         Outstanding proofreading skills to test registration deployments, such as registration sites, confirmation emails and marketing emails.
·         Perform quality checks for online registration sites. 
·         Pull ad hoc reports.
·         Handle various administrative duties such as accounts receivables, answering emails, booking travel, etc.
·         Collect and manage internal registrations, including staff, vendors, speakers and VIPs.
·         Prepare and ship onsite materials, including forms, supplies, pre-printed badges (when applicable).
·         Create budget templates, print and proof badges before shipping. 
·         Process, track and store supplier and venue invoices.
·         Manage supply inventory.
·         Reconcile expenditures and forecasts.
·         Prepare & distribute post event reports; including registration, lead services and surveys.
·         No travel required.
 
 
Must possess the following qualities:
 
·         You work well under pressure and are exceptionally detail-oriented.
·         Independent and able to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within an established timeline with strict accuracy without constant supervision.
·         Able to be proactive and determine what needs to be completed without being directed.
·         You have experience working in an office environment.
·         You have excellent organizational skills and are good at prioritizing.
·         Excellent at formulating business emails and communicating well through email.
·         Good accounting skills, able to proofread numbers with accuracy.
·         Must have a “can-do” attitude and an open-minded approach to projects and ideas.
·         Provide strong customer service to our internal and external clients and partners.
·         Collaborate on goals for the group to support company, department and market vision.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including: Excel, Word, Outlook.
 
 
Position Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred. 
Minimum of three years’ experience in the tradeshow industry in registration or accounting is preferred.
