ICMI is seeking a motivated, intelligent and dynamic Email Production Specialist to lead the email marketing programs for ICMI’s product portfolio. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, the Email Production Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing on email marketing and nurture campaigns aligned with ICMI’s product offerings which include Events, Training, Consulting, and Community.


ICMI has been serving the contact center markets for over 30 years through industry events, professional training, certification, and informational resources like publications, research, articles, blogs, and more.



Specific deliverables include:

? Creating/edit email HTML, leveraging Eloqua’s responsive email design editor tool, along with other HTML editing tools, such as Dreamweaver

? Creating/edit landing page HTML, leveraging Eloqua’s responsive landing page design editor tool, along with other HTML editing tools, such as Dreamweaver

? Pulling email metric reports out of Eloqua and combining them with registration reports to build Excel KPI reports.  

? QA campaign processes in Eloqua, inspecting the content for obvious HTML, link and other errors that may impact deliverability.

Create and deploy automated email marketing nurture campaigns that support Marketing team's database expansion and lead generation goals. 

Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reporting of campaign performance to marketing and product stakeholders.

? Note: this is not a creative role, as the creative is already designed. This is technical role where you will be acting as the team’s HTML expert.



? Strong HTML and CSS coding skills a must

? Mid-level Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs)

? Prior experience with email delivery platforms such as HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot, MailChimp or other marketing automation platforms a big plus

? Must be willing to work in the Colorado Springs office during normal weekday office hours.

? Attention to detail and process is a must

? Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment

? Strong customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, specifically with the ability to collaborate internally
