Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Services

  • Work closely with speakers to help them submit their documents online
  • Support the show team in obtaining all relevant information for DTCM permits and local and international accreditations
  • Along with Informa’s Public Relations Officer build relationships with government bodies and partners and troubleshoot where required
  • Work closely with our exhibitors and assist the Operations team with answering queries


Internal Collaboration

  • Maintain regular and open lines of communication with the Operations Director – Conferences and Head of Exhibition Operations
  • Where necessary, effective communication with other internal departments including sponsorship, sales and operations



  • Coordination of onsite deliveries for the show teams
  • Packing and unpacking items for onsite offices
  • Update telephone lists for Informa & contractors
  • Possible need to carry out Exhibitor Badge Printing (smaller shows)

Person Specification

Minimum Education Level:

  • Educated to secondary standard (GCE ‘O’ Level / GCSE) or equivalent

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • Spoken and written Arabic
  • Writes and speaks clearly and fluently in English
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to adhere and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and well organised



  • Some knowledge of the exhibition and/or conference industry
  • A quick learner
