MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION & FULFILMENT

  • Work with the project manager to roll out of exhibitor directories and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Ensure accurate and complete presentation of customer information on the platform
  • Undertake proper organisation and streamlining of information on the platform to ensure unique and only desired information is available
  • Identify gaps in reporting both at platform level and process level to develop solutions
  • Manage the day to day operational needs of platform for the external clients and internal sales teams
  • Conduct lead generation checks and generate reports in terms of quality and numbers to assist in project analysis
  • Act as the project super-user for the sales teams both prior to during and after the event
  • Achieve set targets on ccontent upload by engaging clients on the platform and assisting them to initiate the process

CUSTOMER SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

  • Engage in regular communication with clients to nsure they understand the features and benefits of the platform
  • Facilitate overall user engagement through email, telephone and onsite communication with clients
  • Demonstrate platform usage to clients and end-users whenever required
  • Respond to all end-user communication received through the platform and follow-up on regular intervals to ensure conversion to registered user and lead generation
  • Maintain records of all communicatoin to be able to produce ad-hoc reports as and when required by the team
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups or arrange for testimonials that further assist in shaping the platform
  • Create guides or manuals that support user engagement

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

  • Capture client feedback that suggests improvements or enhancements to the existing platform
  • Build a consistent feedback reporting mechanism within the project team to ensure it contributes to product development
  • Analyse and report trends over time in a way that it assists the project team in decision-making
  • Collate content from clients that needs to be utilised in platform marketing
  • Assist poject manager in ad-hoc tasks that contribute to overall marketing plan
  • Assist in follow-up for timely art work completion from designers
  • Maintain an updated track of features delivered or fulfillment towards clients

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
