Job Summary/Responsibilities

 
   
  • Increase client satisfaction, success and customer service while ensuring clients have a positive experience with Informa at every touch point
  • Ensure all sponsorship programs and event projects are being delivered to the highest standards and within deadlines
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign delivery and act as a conduit for client requests
  • Working with internal stakeholders and collate information to support proposals and insights
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Grow and expand the client relationship through an exceptional client experience and by connecting your clients’ business strategies to Informa Markets’
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure they achieve full business value and return on investment
  • Producing SOW documents for large programmers and creating documentation/guidelines for smaller packages so sponsors are aware of exactly what they are getting, when it’s being delivered and what the requirements are from their side
  • Onsite management and execution of all programs and projects
  • Monitor campaign performance during execution and raise red flags if something is not right. Have ideas and possible solutions handy to tackle the challenge efficiently
