Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications & Operations, we’re looking to recruit an accomplished Associate Campaign Manager on a permanent basis, to join our global Marketing team of 11. 


We’re keen to hear from Marketing Communications professional who are passionate about communicating how their organisation helps customers and what makes it unique.

The role:

  • You’ll be accountable for planning and delivering all market communications to your audiences, to create interest and demand for our solutions
  • You’ll work closely with Portfolio Marketing to agree a schedule of multi-channel, global campaigns that communicate value propositions
  • You’ll be creating campaign plans and the content needed to show, not tell, how our solutions help make professionals’ jobs easier
  • Working with a network of suppliers and internal colleagues you’ll build long-term, successful demand generation and customer retention campaigns, you’ll be expected to report your results and impact
  • You’ll work with the Digital Marketing Manager, APAC Marketing Manager and external Agencies to create the digital assets and localised messages to schedule
  • You’ll have a plan to keep all assets and copy across the website, and sales enablement materials, up to date and reflecting the value propositions
  • You’ll be an expert communicator, expected to make the complex simple for customers, to capture the hearts and minds of professionals with challenging jobs to do
  • You’ll be writing copy for all channels, using external partners when needed, and proof reading to ensure all messaging and copy is perfect  
  • You’ll be speaking to customers in the market to create customer success stories and build your network
  • You’ll be expected to communicate your plans and results to senior stakeholders and the commercial teams across the organisation
  • Confident with working with customer data, you’ll be analysing where you’ve got gaps and building the right target audience contact data to deliver the reach needed
  • You’ll deliver monthly reporting and analysis that show the impact of your communications and sales enablement efforts on market reach, engagement and revenue growth

This right person will have a proven track record in:

  • Managing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multi-channel, global marketing campaigns
  • Briefing and managing internal and external agencies and partners
  • Using content marketing and thought leadership effectively
  • Hands on use of marketing automation platforms to automate customer communications, tracking and scoring customer behavior  
  • Generating qualified sales leads, preferably for a SAS service or complex solution  
  • Writing, editing and proofreading copy that works to support the customer buyer journey
  • Selecting and testing the right mix of channels to drive the desired customer journey and behavior
  • Creating highly targeted campaigns using Account Based Marketing methods
  • Ensuring that brand identity and key messages are reflected in all communication
  • Reporting against a suite of metrics and KPIs and demonstrating campaign impact
  • Using data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing ones
  • Planning and executing your company’s successful participation in industry events
  • Working closely with Sales teams


  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Communications
  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven track record in using as an effective CRM tool and a Marketing Automation tool (Eloqua preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • First rate attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, internally and externally
  • Knowledge of the shipping industry and ecosystem an advantage
