Informa Markets in Asia headquartered in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic individual to serve as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager for the International Marketing & Corporate Communications department.  In this role, he/she will assist in spreading his/her knowledge of digital, content, and social media marketing across the company in the form of training, coaching, and experimentation.  This digital marketing maven’s end goal is to provide improved and measurable marketing understanding and best practice to our company’s host of exhibition project teams.   

Job details

  • Serve as an official social media and digital marketing expert within the International Department
  • Work with and build up relationships with project teams across Asia towards marketing practice improvement
  • Implement and identify new social media trends and strategies dedicated to B2B exhibition industry
  • Develop internal case studies, playbooks, learning materials and benchmarks for digital marketing best practices
  • Spearhead select social media and digital marketing optimization projects and campaigns for project teams

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related functions
  • Minimum 4 years professional or related work experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Deep knowledge (high-level and hands-on) of social media, content, and digital marketing applied to corporate and commercial settings
  • Campaign level knowledge of successfully maintaining social media programs on platforms such as for WeChat, Facebook, and LinkedIn
    • For WeChat
      • Understanding how to utilize the WeChat system for promotions
      • Experience in creating effectively marketing campaigns (e.g. Content sharing, live streaming, KOL)
      • Knowledge in the creation and execution of mini programs
    • For Facebook & LinkedIn
      • Hands-on experience in building engaging marketing campaigns from content to execution
      • Experience advertisement management and optimization
  • Fluent/native written and spoken English a must
  • Fluent/native written and spoken Mandarin Chinese a huge plus 
  • Confident influencer capable of motivating others towards success
